Established in 1995, Vansan Construction is a full service construction company, successfully delivering projects of the highest quality across Melbourne and Sydney.

To date, we have constructed more than 2000 residential developments throughout south-east Melbourne alone including units, townhouses and apartments. Our scope of services also extends to commercial projects including retail, medical/healthcare, corporate and industrial projects. In recent years, Vansan Construction has expanded its scope to embrace several international projects in Sri Lanka and India.

At Vansan, we pride ourselves on being a modern, family owned company where our dedicated team have the knowledge and experience to lead and complete projects of any scale, from concept planning to completion.

About the CEO

CEO of Vansan Group of Companies, Shan Sutharsan, hailed from a family of business background. From a young age he was managing several service stations and importing/exporting pulses and vegetables to and from Australia. Mr Sutharsan’s extensive knowledge and involvement in the business trade coupled with experience from own developments led him to begin a career in construction. He is not only a registered domestic and commercial building practitioner, but also a real estate agent. Mr Sutharsan has great passion for the Indian film industry which led to his new venture “Vansan Movies’. The production house initiated in 2015 and has successfully released 3 feature length Tamil films worldwide. His wide knowledge of business and contacts gained over the years has not only contributed to the growth of Vansan Group of Companies, but has also benefited our business partners in many ways.
