SHAN SUTHARSAN

Director | Construction & Business Manager

Shan has over 20 years experience in the Building Industry, covering all facets of commercial, multi-unit development, residential and project management fields.  Shan undertook Project Management studies to hone his skills and has now positioned himself as a leading Builder in south-east Melbourne.

Shan oversees occupational health and safety, risk management, contract negotiations + execution and overall delivery of both commercial and residential projects.

Shan’s can do attitude allows each unique project to be delivered to the highest standard, a standard he also demands from our entire onsite team.

Project Managers
With a panel of highly qualified and competent project managers, Vansan always delivers projects on time and to the fullest satisfaction of our clients. Their expertise in residential and commercial construction allows accurate planning and coordinating of all construction activities, material procurement, quality controlling, directing and coordination of subcontractors in their own projects.

Construction Engineers
All Vansan projects are carried out by team of civil and building engineers. They are mainly accountable for managing and supervising on-site construction activities, quality controlling and safety of our projects.

Estimators and Quantity Surveyors
At Vansan we provide realistic and competitive estimations to our clients. Our seasoned estimators provide fixed price quotes based on approved drawings that, prepare bills of quantities along with preparing and submitting tenders within commercial and industrial sectors.

Subcontractors
We also have a core team of subcontractors who bring their specialised skills to every project. All our subcontractors have been carefully handpicked as exceptional craftsman who show attention to detail and take pride in delivering the highest standard of work. Most of our subcontractors are locally based and over the years we have developed a great rapport and work well together as a coordinated team. This always ensures our building projects run efficiently and smoothly.
